The Australis Partners team is comprised of seasoned professionals with more than 60 years of combined private equity experience. The senior members of our team have worked together continuously for over 15 years, investing across many business cycles and financial market conditions.
German joined Australis in 2019. He has worked in private equity since 2012 when he joined the investment team of Advent International in Colombia. At Advent, German closed transactions in the financial services and industrials sectors. German also worked during the 2018 summer with the fintech private equity team of Actis in London, covering deals in Europe and Latin America. German holds degrees in Economics and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (2014) and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (2019).
